Brenda Craig designed her own First Rug
"The design was one that I came up with
because I wanted to learn everything from this sampler. I wanted to see if I was really going to like to rug hook. It had to have straight lines, curves, lines and everything else I could think up. I started rug hooking in March 2006 at a spinners retreat. Two ladies named Jerry and MaryAnn showed all of us how to hook. They made it seem so easy. It was great. I guess you could say I'm hooked." in the local fall fiber festival and won 2nd place. Her prize was a lovely alpaca scarf! |
